We have just returned to the UK having spent 2 weeks holiday in this wonderful condo and resort. The condo has absolutely everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break in gorgeous sunshine with breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding mountains - it was our oasis in the Desert! The grounds and pools are all very well maintained and for the duration of our stay we pretty much had ‘our’ pool, which was less than 50 meters from the front door, to ourselves, bliss! The location is also superb and you are just a short drive from the many restaurants and fabulous shops! (we particularly liked ‘The Outback’ for fabulous steaks and El Paso for fabulous shopping).
One last word of encouragement to anyone who might be doing this for the first time or met with ample choice… When we were searching on the internet for a condo in Palm Desert we too had ample choice, preceded with a lot of two-ing and frow-ing with emails to the various owners and rental agents, but we decided fairly quickly on this one because of the very pleasant, straightforward, honest and down-to-earth communication in which we had with the owner, Shauna, plus not forgetting to mention its beautifully maintained interior and resort location sealed it.
We are so glad we made the right choice and will certainly be keeping in touch with Shauna and Jim in preparation for our next visit to the Californian Desert.
